These criteria refer to the ability of students to apply knowledge about procedures as well solve an SLETV problem accurately. In this research the students’ procedural fluency level is categorized into three, such as fluent, quiet fluent, and less fluent. The finding of this reserash shows that not all students are fluent in mathematical procedure and not all students have the ability to solve a mathematical problem efficiently, flexibly, and accurately. Furthermore, procedural fluency must be supported by strong conceptual understanding to promote students' mathematical procedural fluency. Finally, this study gives good contribution to observe the procedural fluency of mathematics in junior high school.
