Many individuals who are later on found to be innocent at the end of the trial are detained by the investigation agencies without even intimating the grounds behind their detention and with respect to which they have to remain behind the bars inspite of the completion of their statutory period. An individual in the form of an accused is being deprived of his valuable rights at different point of time during the aforesaid period about which he is not at all aware of.
