Irrespective of their merits there are many associated problems which need to be solved before utilizing these processes for machining glass. The most important problem encountered are low material removal rate (MRR) and high diameter of overcut. (DOC)<br> A new method called pressurized flow ECDM (electrochemical discharge machining) is used on sodalime glass with the help of mixed electrolytes NaNO3 + NaOH and NaCl+NaOH to check observing parameters MRR and DOC. On comparing with the observing parameters of both electrolytes, MRR and DOC were recorded 2.160 g/min and 1.2213 mm, which are respectively better compared to conventional ECDM.</p&gt;}, journal={International Journal of Control and Automation}, author={Kharche, Yugesh and Kumar, Neeraj and Ahuja, B.
