In this paper, an adaptive and dynamic cluster selection mechanism proposed to resolve the overlapped coverage area and non-counter balance of energy dissipation provides an unneeded choice of cluster head. The analysis proves that the proposed scheme withstands the survival network life span has increased to 40% rounds compared to Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy(LEACH), 33% rounds higher than Distribute Efficient Energy Clustering (DEEC) and 19% rounds improved than Adaptive Energy Optimized Clustering (AEOC) and 24% rounds increased than Energy Balanced Deterministic clustering (EDBC). Network stability not only improves the life span but also the residual energy by conceiving the global and territorial mean dissipation energy of the network. ER -
