It is proposed here that in order to encourage tacit knowledge sharing, organizational climate and management support must be present. These propositions were tested among ICT employees in Amman, Jordan. The data collected were analyzed using Pearson correlations and multiple regressions, and the findings indicated that both organizational climate and management support are essential for tacit knowledge sharing to occur. These findings suggested that tacit knowledge sharing could only happen when we have management support and that it happens they have are good at organizational climate. ER -
