Depending on the retrospective analysis of land covers area binary and multiclass changes of the particular area detected. It analysed using Multi-temporal images and Logistic Regression Algorithm. Change detection with time series images employed to improve the resolution. Heterogeneous and homogeneous image time series compares the pixel value. It is difficult in case of detecting changes directly. In this paper, sentinel and Land sat images are fused to obtain equal resolution. The retrospective analysis took based on data gathered from infrastructure developments and rainfall on the land cover area. ER -
