The microstructure observation of the sample showed significant porosity as a result of the manufacturing process-(powder technology). The microstructure observation after ultra-sonic treatment revealed that the sample surface was affected by ultra- sonic energy and heterogeneous surface morphologies were observed with slight decrease in porosity due to the deposition of zirconia. The hardness results showed that the average value of sample increased from (161.5) HV to (179.5) HV after deposition.   EDS graph after ultrasonic treatment with zirconia showed the appearance of many elements peaks (Zr,O,C) in addition to Ti peak which indicate that  the chemical compositions of surfaces was changed  on surface. From AFM measurement ,the surface roughness after zirconia deposition treatment was decrease from (475.43nm) to (272.36) nm. The deposition of ZrO2 make the nano powder fill the surface porosity  which leads to  reduce surface roughness that creates stable  surface and  form strong titanium oxide layer which inhabit the ion release.
