However, in published mathematical models of bone remodeling, this critical role of the NF-κB signaling pathway is usually ignored. This paper describes the construction of a bone remodeling mathematical model in a normal bone microenvironment within the NF-κB signaling pathway. The model consisted of a series of ordinary differential equations and reconstructed changes over time in the bone cells, resulting in bone length, and biochemical factors that were involved in the signaling pathway. Also, this model was used to investigate how the NF-κB pathway is activated in osteoclast precursors to promote osteoclastogenesis during bone remodeling.</em></p&gt;}, number={3s}, journal={International Journal of Advanced Science and Technology}, author={L.
