The purpose of the research work explained in this paper to understand the student nurse’s perception of the training effectiveness. The research work is conducted at Red Cross Hospital, Silchar on receiving permission to collect data from the student nurses. The total population of 56 student nurses is covered in the research work. The research is carried out with the help of a structured questionnaire and conclusions are drawn based on primary data collected from the hospital.
