Even the farmer who was once believed to be in the last mile operation of such data networks has found much benefits in its usage. Farmers in the vicinity of Western Ghats are a worried lot because of the frequent crop raiding done by wild animals, especiall elephants. But a network of field based Non-Governmental Organisations (NGO’s), government officials, researchers, opinion leaders, lawyers and nature conservationists in Coimbatore are helping the farmers to tide over the situation. The Data mining done through social media channels equip them with accurate details and ideas to deal with the situation. What appears to be a burgeoning conflict is worked out towards a bonding because of the framing of messages in the social media which is followed up in the print. A Content analysis of the Environmental Communication in an Opinion Leaders concept offers interesting findings for an elaborate study.</em></p&gt;}, number={12s}, journal={International Journal of Advanced Science and Technology}, author={Jayaprakash.C.R}, year={2020}, month={Jun.}, pages={2903-2910} }
