Traffic management is one of the main aspects of cloud computing. It involves balancing the workload based on a certain criterion such that the user does not face any downtime and there is effective resource utilization. Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a cloud service provider that gives multiple options to balance the workload and thereby, improve the performance of the network. The application traffic is automatically distributed by these load balancers to multiple targets in a single availability zone or multiple availability zones. Detailed study and implementation has been carried out on the different types of load balancers used in AWS and the use cases and applications have been detailed in this paper.</p>}, number={12s}, journal={International Journal of Advanced Science and Technology}, author={Akash Hegde, Resma K.
