Abstract

This paper deals with the Mining technique i.e. K nearest Neighbor and Decision Tree which can be used to analyze the pH and Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) of the packaged drinking water. Due to rapid industrialization there are drastic changes taking place in environment. Generally people who travels regularly they prefer packaged drinking Water for drinking for safety purpose. The parameters which is been used to measure that indicates the quality of drinking water. Total six domestic packaged drinking water brands of Mumbai, India analyzed for pH and TDS in the duration of December 2019 to February 2020. This parameters indicate the quality of Drinking Water. Lower value of pH is always towards the acidity and higher TDS towards the higher conductivity. The parametric value should be in the permissible range of Indian Standards and World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines for drinking water
