A REVIEW ON INFLUENCE OF DIRECTION FUNCTION ON EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
Abstract
In the recent past every organisation is seen converging up on the construct of Employee Engagement to better the prospects of achieving their objectives and goals. Organisations seem to believe “Engaged employees” create a positive work related environment and by their dynamic performance reward the organisation in more than one way. Engaged Employees create for their organisation a competitive advantage over other organisations.
