Performance Improvement Factors of the Experts of the Design and Build Project of the State Buildings

Abstract

The study aims to determine the improvement variables in the performance of the experts of the design and build project of the state buildings in DKI Jakarta. It is expected that by finding the right variables, the implementation of design and build projects is timely. The research usesthe regression analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS), based on the results of a questionnaire to respondents. The variables are obtained from the expert requirements that exist in the Work Plan and Requirements (RKS) of the design and build project tenders for the state buildings, literature review, and some relevant journals.
