LEGAL PROTECTION OF MEDICAL RECORDS OF COVID-19 PATIENTS IN INDONESIA AND LEGAL MEASURES OF SPREAD PREVENTION

Abstract

In the midst of the pandemic Coronavirus Disease-19 (Covid-19) which has infected more than 180 countries in the world and Indonesia, one of which is a matter of public debate, can be accounted for, behind concern and there is also a discourse built for data chosen by the Covid Medical Record. -19 for communities on the grounds of protecting the community's right not to be protected by Covid-19. Article 47 Paragraph (2) of Law Number 29 Year 2004 concerning Medical Practices that Declare Medical Records must be kept and kept confidential by doctors or dentists and administrators of health facilities, then to use the Covid-19 pandemic agreement that is troubling the community, the authors offering several legal steps can actually be taken, one of them through the implementation of Law No. 6 of 2018 on Health Quarantine, the following things will be mentioned. 21 of 2020 concerning Large-Scale Social Restrictions which have not been able to accommodate the needs associated with the co-19 pandemic. Therefore, through this paper the author discusses legal steps that can be taken to prevent the distribution of covid-19 distribution which is increasingly massive using the legal instruments of Law 6/2018 so that the norms governing this law can be moved to open the making of mandate PPs of Law 6/2018 .
