Abstract

One of the first steps to generate maintenance 4.0 is to ensure interaction, communication and control between machines and between IIoT devices, also known as the Cyber Physical System (CPS). After the process is complete a digital twin of the system will be created so that a virtual maintenance program can be made for the system. A prototype of the Cyber Physical System on a cell manufacturing system consisting of several additional manufacturing machines and a 3D Scanner will be built. The method that will be used in building the prototype is Rapid Application Development (RAD) which involved four phases; planning phase, analysis phase, design phase and implementation phase. A prototype of additive manufacturing cell with CPS has been built and is proven to be used well. Between the machines, man and other IIoT devices can be integrated, communicate and control each other properly. Some products can be printed well by additive manufacturing machine that take order from user using Wi-Fi from different locations.
