TECHNIQUES OF PROCEDURAL ACTIONS PERFORMANCE IN GREEN ROOM ENVIRONMENT: COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF EUROPEAN AND UKRAINIAN PRACTICES

Abstract

 This paper outlines international standards for the treatment of children in conflict with the law or subject to certain legal provisions in the context of the child-friendly justice principles; the essence and tasks of «child-friendly room» technique («green room») are determined; the technique of procedural actions performed in the «green room» environment is developed on the basis of comparative analysis of European and Ukrainian practices.
