AN ANALYSIS OF INTELLECTUAL AND INNOVATIVE MANAGERIAL POTENTIAL IN SOCIAL BUSINESS AND ECONOMIC SYSTEMS
Abstract
The key aspects of improving the efficiency of managing the intellectual potential of enterprises by types of intellectual resources are considered. Within the framework of the research, a scheme of interaction of the basic elements of the mechanism of improving the management of the intellectual potential of human resources – stimulation of creative work (recognition, reward system, internal motives) and knowledge management (acquisition, use, dissemination) was constructed. The relationship of management of intellectual potential of organizational resources with the existing managerial functional in the enterprise is characterized. Adaptation of client component of enterprise strategy (by D. Norton and R. Kaplan) in the context of problems of intellectual potential of relations resources is adapted.
