Abstract

In quality management, gemba visit related to the problems occur on the production floor and how the engineering team resolve those problems by arranging a line walk inviting all the engineering team members to share the ideas and input to prevent re-occurrence and perform improvement. In manufacturing company, there are 3 cells in the production area whereas each cells there is an assembly workstation which require the operator or assembler to stand for a longer period of time to perform their task.
