Abstract

 For improvement of network and service performance the service and network management provides Customer Service Providers that can be the future answer to their important objectives. Within the existing operation delivery solution the communication of service provider look for the next leap of value. They brought the streams of changing revenues within their own market. For the future proofing of business it is a difficult task to tap into innovative operations. This paper studied the network service provisioning system and customer service management system. It also takes a look of intelligent networks that automatically process the customer service management.
