Abstract

On the basis of conducting a sequence of particular work the formula or procedure to solve the problem can consider as algorithm. For elaborate the algorithm it can view a computer program. To monitor their employee the organization is depend on algorithm-based HR decision-making system. By the industry of technology this trend is reinforced it claim that decision making tools are objective and efficient, and does not concern about biases. For producing decision related to bias recently algorithm is using as major factor. Over a recruiting algorithm people are outraged. For example Amazon developed system for female job applicants. Over predictive sentencing and predictive policing they are outraged due to color of people that are penalizing disproportionately. Into any of these algorithms gender and race were not included as input, it is important.
