Concept of Change Management for Successful Management of People and Organizational Culture to Develop a Business Model
Abstract
Change is the part of corporate existence and lives of anyone. In the daily routine work many organization faces urgency of change. Within the organization any working with any change concern people is required for HR professionals. So it is major challenge to manage the change in organization. For the survival of any organization it is necessary to have the ability of successfully and continually change. It should be ensuring that any plan in the organization should align with the corporate objectives and goals for developing the successful change management, initiatives. In this paper we studied about connection between achieving corporate objectives, goals and change management.
