CROSS TABULATION TO KNOW THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PERFORMANCE AND SUSTAINABILITY IN BRILINK AGENTS IN WEST JAVA

Abstract

The purpose of this study are to examine and analyze the effect of Bank Performance on Bank Sustainability using the Cross Tabulation method in BRILink Agents In West Java. This study was conducted using a positive (quantitative) approach. The quantitative approach is applied using a survey method which is to take samples from the population. The unit of analysis in this study is the organization in the form of BRI BRILink Agents. In this study, the data analysis was performed using a statistical method known as the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis model with the help of the WarpPLS package computer. The results of the analysis in each cluster show that there is a proportional relationship between Performance and Sustainability. The level of sustainability of a BRILink agent depends on the level of performance it has. This relationship is strongest when the indicators average of Performance and Sustainability are high, as happened in Cluster 3. In contrast, the relationship between Performance and Sustainability quite weak if the indicators average of Performance and Sustainability are quite low. The novelty in this study lies in the variables of bank performance towards bank sustainability using the cross tabulation method in BRILink Agents In West Java. In addition to that, this study also reconstructs or develops a more comprehensive model of the firm sustainability.
