Abstract

The cyber nuclear security is investigated following the incident in the cyber terror attack against the South Korean nuclear power plants (NPPs) on December 2014. The public acceptance (PA) is one of major factors in the study due to the severest nation’s turmoil in the terror attack. There is the simulation result of Security Program Review in this study where the highest value is 4.0 and the lowest value is 0.0 by the System Dynamics (SD) simulations. In addition, there is the result of Security Program Review in which the values are oscillating. The higher value shows much more secured situations. There are some remedies for the incident of nuclear cyber terror which are immediate application of existing technologies and urgent research opportunities.
