FACTOR ANALYSIS OF STRATEGIC ALLIANCE IN FOOD INDUSTRY IN INDONESIA AND PHILIPPINES
From interviews with key personnel to valuable values, insights into the implementation of quality management strategies have been supported by operational excellence while analyzing certain perspectives related to management. These guarantee quality and the relevance of strategic alliance. It has been played a major role in institutionalizing collaboration and socialization of strategic alliance and these involve important factors in management of two countries. Based on research, it was found out to assist in the implementation of management, the strategic alliance for awards, organizations. The originality of the relationship between strategic alliances through the management of market and product development, technology and human resources development has increased the relevance and support of strategic levels to achieve production excellence.
