Intervening Effect of Attitudes towards Entrepreneurship: Correlation between Passion and Entrepreneurial Intention

Abstract

The prime objective of this study was to determine the intervening effect of attitude between the correlation of passion and entrepreneurial intention. The university students from business department were the population of this research. For the delimitation of the population 375 students were administered as a sample of this study and stratified random sampling approach was adopted. This study based on the cross sectional and quantitative by its nature. A survey method was used to collect the data from respondents through questionnaire. Smart PLS-SEM-3.0 was computed to investigate the hypothesis of this research. The findings of this research show the positive correlation between passion for inventing and passion for founding with entrepreneurial intention. Additionally, attitude has positive significant effect between the correlation between attitude and entrepreneurial intention.
