A Model for Optimizing the Facility Location-Allocation-Routing Based on Periodic Deliveries
Abstract
The focus of this paper is to decide the facility locations and allocations of products that can give result not only the profitability of an indusry but the ability to serve customers in a very short time. Generally the problem of facility – location planning is to minimize the overall operation cost by simultaneously to choose a subset of candidate facilities and creating a set of delivery routes in such a way to meet some feasible restrictions. In this paper we consider the periodic deliveries of vehicle to be used to allocate goods. Integer programming model is generated to solve the problem. An improved feasible neighbourhood search is developed to solve the model.
