Identification and Analysis of the Impact of Organizational Support on the Work-Life Balance of the Employees in Punjab State Power Corporation Limited
Abstract
The aim of the current study was to identify and analyze the impact of organizational support on the professional and personal life of technical and ministerial employees working in the Punjab State Power Corporation Limited. The sample consisting of 200 technical staff 100 ministerial staff from different levels was chosen and the survey tool was used for collection of data. In this study, the hypothesis relating to Organisational Support were developed and tested. Various tests were applied to access the normality of data. After that Reliability, Validity, Measurement and Structural Model were examined. Using SPSS software, the results show that 53.614 % of the total variance was explained by Organisational support. It was also found that maximum variance came from organizational support.
