Use of Red Stone Waste in Granular Sub Base in the form of Waste Granular Sub-Base Material (WGSB) and Waste Wet Mix Macadam (WWMM)

Abstract

 Replaced Granular Sub Base material replaced with the waste red stone tile waste which has passed through 4.75 mm sieve in Waste Granular Sub Base in the Test Showing Increased Strength in WGSB. Third Layer is Huge quantity used in a proportion of different size  , based on Specification Gradation Analysis it’s also achieving approximate strength or equal to the waste mix macadam (WMM).After Testing of Sub-base Material we can achieve better Strength and waste material can be easily placed in construction of road  .In This layer has used waste of red stone crushed, Surkhi , water and Aggregate from 20 mm to 4.75 mm passing through the sieve .After compaction we could Easily achieved maximum strength such as CBR Value .Mass of vehicle load can be bear more than normal pavement. We could use this type of  Construction demolition waste stone waste  or red stone waste in Footpath and Rural Road construction Work where Low Budget Road are required .We can also used in the Road edge Where Low or Negligible Load required such as Shoulder or Berm .
