Consequence of Yoga and Rowing

Abstract

            Rowing is a water sports boating game. This game can be played by both men and women. It is a dynamic sports and eye-hand co-ordination game. Rowing is pretty simple and entertaining game and now very popular game in this world mostly USA. Normally you can get some good idea or you can easily explain what actually rowing game. But rower usually has good arms and this game is completely lower and upper body game. Its need lots of strength and stamina to continue oars. In this game a player need to have a good strength and endurance as they need to do move back and to move boat. So they use arms as well as back and leg also. If anyone saw that match that time they think rower having good muscles arms power but Rower use arms to push oars with full power or maintain the boat balance. For example most of the time people saw outside of the boat and they’re thought the rowers pulling their oars from the water. But inside the boat player know what they are doing because same time doing so many works. They need to focus and full concentration as well as eye hand coordination with boat partner or oars. For rowers they need more power, strength, flexibility, stamina etc. This is a very fast game. Rowing boat goes back side of the players.
