Abstract

Various issues of data security in cloud is analyzed and it has been identified as key issue in cloud environment. The increasing threat on service and data encourages the research in designing more strategic approaches to meet the security level. There are number of approaches available towards service and data security, but they does not hike the performance in security. To handle this issue, an efficient multi-level access restriction scheme with OTUP (One Time User Password) and Finger Print has been discussed. The method categorizes the services of cloud into number of level according to their priority. The initial services are classified in the top level where the sensitive services have been classified in the leaf level. The method estimates Legitimate Access Weight (LAW) for any user request on different level of services according to the access rights mentioned and according to the behavior of user. Also according to the finger analysis, the method verifies the user identity.  Based on that the method would grant or deny the user access and further to improve the data security, the method adapt level based OTUP generation scheme, which generates the OTUP to the user and can be used identify the key to get the original data. The proposed methods have improved the performance in security as well as other QoS parameters.
