Abstract

The article presents the optimization of the activation process of high-silicon zeolite obtained from Navbakhar bentonite using a 24 multivariate experiments. The optimization factors selected were: temperature x1 (400-500ºC), heating rate x2 (2-5 º/min), the amount of СО2 in the washing gas - nitrogen x3 (0-1 volume%), the duration of the process x4 (0.5-1 hour) and the cationic composition of zeolite x5. The field of study of process parameters (temperature, heating rate, and others) was determined experimentally. The obtained regression equation allows us to calculate the values of the selected criteria in the studied range, in any combination of the studied factors, analyze the influence of the intensity of each factor on the process parameters and determine the optimal process conditions.
