Intuitionistic Fuzzy sets and its Application in Business Trips

Abstract

This paper deals with the study of travel behaviour using intuitionistic fuzzy sets. The travel operators can identify the exact sectors that need further improvements, so that they can increase their bench marks in their services and there by operators can achieve the ultimate goal of satisfying the customer needs.
