Abstract

The vital factors in Endo Vascular Aneurysm Repair (EVAR) are Aneurysm identification, location, blood circulation dynamics and growth. Main objective of this study is to discuss the modeling of virtual 3D image computation model of Aortic Aneurysm and further analysis of it in steady state via Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) tool ANSYS 18. ANSYS Fluent Simulations are presented with homodynamic parameters estimates of inlet & outlet boundary such as Pressure plot, Wall shear stress, Stream line flow pattern and Conditional velocity plot measurements. This study provides precise & valuable statistics for Endo vascular and Neuro interventional community. Further, Research studies in high degree risky aneurysm cases can be efficiently carried out with proposed analysis. At aneurysm premises, a complex and unstable flow pattern, High pressure, Low Wall shear stress (WSS) and Turbulent flow are observed. Based on these results aneurysms are divided into two classes as Risky (Critical hypertensive aneurysm presence) and Risk free (Simple Aneurysm presence).
