Abstract

The present study based on replacement of cement by GGBS and reducing the water content in the addition of Polycarboxylate Ether, to improve the durability is investigated basic durability test such as acid test, sulphate test and chloride test. The cement has been replaced by 40% of GGBS and strength is revealed through compressive test. The workability has been increase by addition of 0.2% Polycarboxylate Ether. The physical and chemical parameter had been tested is found out through basic screening test. The final results conclude by using by product at most strength has been reached. The result has been indicate about effective and strong bonding against the  strong toughness of alkali-activated slag concrete compared to conventional OPC concrete.
