Training Evaluation Program for the Development and Empowerment Center of Educators and Language Education Personnel in 2019 (PPPG in the Ministry of Education and Culture)

Abstract

This research aims to study and describe the problem of delays in education and training at the Center for Development and Empowerment of Educators and Language Education Personnel. This research is an evaluation research with the object of the Education and Training Program evaluation at the Center for Development and Empowerment of Educators and Language Education Personnel, Ministry of Education and Culture. Related to research, the method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The results of the study show that: (1) The instructor has fulfilled the qualifications required for the organization of training, both educational qualifications and suitability of educational background with the required training. (3) The manager of PPPG has good managerial skills in organizing training, both in administration, procurement of materials / curriculum, procurement of supporting media and other facilities, procurement of space, and maintenance of security and comfort.
