Effect of Burnout and Performance on the Quality of Health Services in Outpatient in Bima District Hospital

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of burnout and performance on the quality of working life in paramedics in the field of outpatient services. This research was conducted at the Bima Regional Hospital engaged in health services with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The population in this study was 345 respondents. The sample used in this study were 98 respondents using the Slovin method. The analysis results can be seen that burnout has a negative effect on the quality of nurses' health services at Bima Regional Hospital. The performance has a positive effect on the quality of nursing services at the Bima Regional Hospital.
