Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and personality partially or jointly on organizational commitment through job satisfaction of Socio Entrepreneur (BUM Desa)  leaders in Bogor Regency, using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability of 30 respondents from 161 people, with verification method carried out through the method and analysis of the Structural Equation Model (SEM) equation model using Lisrel 8.70 software.
