Abstract

Customer satisfaction states to the point to which clients are glad with the Product, food and services provided by the hotel.  The theory of customer satisfaction has concerned much consideration in recent times. The participation of the customer in the delivery process familiarizes another factor that causes the hotel to have little or no direct control over the service experience.
