A STUDY ON QUALITY OF WORK LIFE(QWL), ORGANIZATION COMMITMENT IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION
Abstract
Traditionally, it was supposed that the employees exclusively work for monetary rewards. Quality of work life(QWL) also play a very important role towards organizational commitment. In this research paper we have tried to find out the factors that affect employee commitment by providing them good quality of work life. Academic and Non-Academic staff members employed in an educational institute were selected for the study. The sample size for the study was 120. Collected data has been analyzed by using various statistical tools like percentage, Pearson’s coefficient of Co-relation, regression analysis and cluster analysis.
