Recent and Future Trends in Population Health Management

Abstract

Population health depicts a gigantic move in the social establishment of human services. It represents the medical outcomes of different clusters of individuals. These clusters may be defined by multiple demographic and environmental factors. One of the major objectives of population health, in the management perspective, is to completely diminish the diversity in medical fitness or at least deduct the differences substantially.
