Creating Entrepreneurial Culture in a Large Organization
Abstract
In a very competitive industrial structure, Organizations cope with an uncertain and complicated environment which demands for a proactive approach to overcome the struggles. Some of the factors that makes the organization more complex include: Smaller life-cycle of products, introduction of information technology into manufacturing process, stiff competition, lack of quality workforce, pressure from stake holders and shareholders.Large organisations are finding difficult to remain competitive in this changing environment due to their large size and complexity.
