Abstract

Background/Objectives: This study is based on previous studies that the higher the LMX (Leader-Member Exchange), the more it depends on organizational citizenship behavior. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of LMX on SMB organizational members' organizational citizenship behavior and to verify the mediating role of throttling at work.
