AN ANALYSIS OF CASUAL DINING OUTLET -A HIMACHAL BASED STUDY

Abstract

In this study, we surveyed a restaurant in Himachal Pradesh to find out whether there is a change among the satisfaction of tourists and non-tourists. We use four objectives to find results to identify various services provided by selected casual food restaurant in Himachal Pradesh. 1. Selected casual meals in Himachal Pradesh to evaluate the importance of various dishes served in food shops. Selected casual meals in Himachal Pradesh to analyze full guest satisfaction from food shops. 3. Selected casual meals in Himachal Pradesh to assess the impact of food and services on customer satisfaction in food stores. 4.To conducts comparative studies between the satisfaction level of tourists and non-tourists in selected casual food shops in Himachal Pradesh. Guest satisfaction was analyzed in eight aspects of survey satisfaction; Eight levels of overall service, server communication and accuracy, service communication, food preparation, food (taste and quality), bars (beer, wine and cocktails), appreciation and overall (including atmosphere and hygiene) were evaluated. GPS (Net Pulse Survey) net promoter is based on score or NPS® system and compares guest types: tourist vs non-tourist. The results of the cross-sectional regression analysis concluded that speed, service, diet, dietary adjustment, and environmental levels had accepted the overall satisfaction of the guest respondents. High quality service, server messages, and thank you they can predict complete satisfaction when respondents leave.
