EXPLORATION OF MANAGEMENT OF BUSINESS ETHICS AND EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION IN INDIAN IT SECTOR

Abstract

Rationale: Ethics in business are common sense but business sense as well, no matter what nature or size of business one is running. To run along term business, it is important for the corporate or the businesses to be honest, loyal and respectful. Bad ethics and dishonesty, greed and rudeness do not help a business to grow; it will collapse as it will lose it stakeholders because of its unethical practices.   A motivated workforce will be highly productive and help organization to achieve business goals but every employee will have a different motivating factor then it is important to known whether management of ethics leads to better motivation of employees.
