Supporting Student Registration across Sections using a Curriculum based Existing Time-Table

Abstract

An application to verify the availability of set of courses submitted by student having one or more backlogs within a given timetable was developed and used at TIET, Patiala. The application made the process of registration more convenient and timesaving both for the faculty incharge and students. Two approaches of search are discussed.
