To fulfill the research objectives researcher collected the data from three sources. First from the record maintained by the PDS company (when they joined and left the PDS from 2016 – 2019 February),  secondly from ex-employees and the final source is from the current employees of PDS company. The data was collected through structured questionnaire. The collected data was analysed through descriptive statistical analysis. From the study it is identified that lack of growth opportunities and salary are the major factors which force employees to quit their jobs. This study concludes that to reduce attrition, industries can create some opportunities for the growth of their employees within the organization by adopting new innovative technologies and effective training programs. This study may be helpful to the management to focus on the critical factors identified in this study in addressing the employee attrition problem.
