ANALYSIS OF EMPLOYEE EXCELLENCE IN NATIONALISED BANKS WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO PERAMBALUR DISTRICT
Excellence is the word that fits for the best. Excellence comes only after gaining knowledge and skills in combination with the employees’ experience in their Jobs. The Customer satisfaction in the banking sector is purely based on the services provided by the banks which in turn entirely depend on the excellence of employees. Many studies have been made on employee involvement, commitment, training and development, empowerment, work environment, culture, and climate for analyzing the employees separately and how they are productive to the banks but Employee Excellence is the ultimate requirement for the higher productivity of the banks. This research helps to focus on the analysis of Employee Excellence in Nationalised Banks with special reference to the Perambalur district.
