TEXT ENCRYPTION AND DECRYPTION USING FIVE LEVELS DNA BASED ALGORITHM

Abstract

DNA cryptography is employed to encrypt message for secure communication on a network. For secure communication, it's not only to encrypt message but also necessary to hide encrypted message and then DNA cryptography is additionally used for hiding the messages. DNA sequences based encoding seems to be a promising strategy for fulfilling the present information security needs.

The aim of this paper is to software implement a DNA encryption and decryption algorithms. The implemented algorithm has five levels of encryption which makes the encryption process more strength than usual encryption techniques. The implemented algorithms are tested for various sorts of text messages and therefore the results are satisfactory.
