Investigating the Relationship between Quality of Work Life and Employee Commitment amongst Bank Employees

Abstract

The impact of selected dimensions of quality of work life on employee commitment in banking sector had been studied in this research paper. Structured questionnaire was used for empirical verification and statistical tools like regression and descriptive statistics have been used. The results of this study help managers in banks to develop strategies for enhancing employee commitment from the perspective of quality of work life.
